Probationer Communication for Criminal Justice Systems
Probation officers need an easier, more effective way of maintaining communications with
their minimum security probationers and ProbationComm from Level 7 Solutions provides that.
This tool saves time and money by automating many of the duties probation officers perform,
which frees up their time to spend on high priority cases.
ProbationComm allows for online payments of fine (fee) installments, online reporting,
personal information updating, and online chat with their officer. A version utilizing web
cams is in the works. It is intended to be the "home base" of operations for probationers and
officers alike.
Probationer Features
After a successful login, the probationer is presented with a dashboard displaying his/her
name and personal information, last payment made, next payment due, last report filed, and
date of next report due, and the name and contact information of his assigned probation
officer, including a link to chat.
